The scope of this document is to provide Operators, Network Managers, Subscribers and End-Users with guidelines for using the ThingPark Wireless Logger tool.
The ThingPark Wireless Logger is the back-end GUI that allows you to monitor data frames of the LoRaWAN™ and Cellular devices.
Depending on what you have purchased your ThingPark Wireless platform may support either LoRaWAN™ protocols, or both LoRaWAN™ and Cellular protocols. 

The ThingPark platform supports both LoRaWAN™ 1.0 and LoRaWAN™ 1.1 devices.
All sections of this document apply to both LoRaWAN™ and cellular connectivity unless stated to the contrary.

The scope of this User Guide is to provide administrators of an Operator with guidelines on the entire Operator role to get started and use the Operator application according to the group they belong.
Administrators can perform the following tasks:
  • Log in for the first time and every day
  • Manage administrators accounts
  • Set the Operator account and security policy
  • Access other accounts by invitation or impersonation
  • Manage other roles as Supplier, Vendor, or Subscriber
  • Manage the wireless network at the Operator’s technical top-level.

The Operator Manager application supports LoRaWAN™ and cellular connectivity.

The scope of this document is to provide end-users of Subscribers with guidelines on the entire Device Manager GUI, including:

  • The general use of the interface;
  • The LoRaWAN™ and cellular device provisioning, configuration, and management;
  • The alarm monitoring and management;
  • The connectivity plans, Application Servers, and AS routing servers’ association.
The ThingPark Wireless Device Manager is the back-end User Interface that allows to manage all LoRaWAN™ and cellular devices.

The purpose of the Network Manager application is to manage the LoRaWAN™ Radio Access Network (RAN) by creating and administrating LoRa gateways (also known as Long-Range Relays – LRR).
This guide provides ThingPark’s network providers with all the information needed to use the Network Manager application that could be subscribed by the network provider. 

A network provider could either refer to the roll-out teams within the Operator’s organization, the system integrator of the Operator or the subscriber that also manages his own gateways (typically the case of Managed Customer Networks).

The Wireless Supplier provides connectivity between LoRaWAN™ devices, cellular devices, and gateways using dedicated connectivity plans.
The aim of this User Guide is to provide users with guidelines on the Connectivity Manager Application within the Connectivity Supplier Interface.


The document describes general points such as Users creation and management along with Connectivity Plans and Licenses management as a Connectivity Supplier.

The OSS API User Guide explains how to use the ThingPark Wireless OSS API’s web services that allows you to control the ThingPark Wireless Applications (TWA): Connectivity Manager, Network Manager, Device Manager. The OSS API supports LoRaWAN™ and Cellular connectivity.
This guide is based on a scenario that shows with extended examples of how to manage:
  • LoRaWAN™ and Cellular connectivity plans in the Connectivity Manager
  • LoRaWAN™ base stations in the Network Manager
  • LoRaWAN™ and Cellular devices in the Device Manager.

Handling the OSS API consists in calling web services by the means of REST requests. You are invited to refer to the [R1] documents for the optional parameters that can be used when applying a request. All sections of this document apply to both LoRaWAN™ and Cellular connectivity unless stated to the contrary.

The scope of this document is to provide Operators with some guidance on the Wireless Dashboard application available as an Operator module starting ThingPark Wireless release 4.3.
The target audience of this document is ThingPark Wireless Operators that are granted with an access to the platform.

This dashboard provides the ThingPark Operator with an efficient tool to assess the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) aggregated at network level.
This functionality is particularly interesting for performance monitoring and reporting.
