Changing the RF region of the Gateway

I. Prerequisites

- Access to Network Manager in ThingPark wireless
- LRR Id

II. Instructions

- Login into your ThingPark Wireless account through the GUI
- Navigate to Network Manager
- Search for the desired LRR or find it in the list
- Click on the "Edit" button to the right side of the desired LRR
- Click the "Administration" folder in the Navigation tab on the left
- Scroll down to the "Configuration" section of the LRR administration menu
- Click on the "Update" button and the "Update RF Region" subsection
- Select the desired RF region
Note, if the desired RF region is not available in the list, please contact the Support team through the regular ticket procedure.
